Today is the 20th Anniversary of my favorite Disney World ride!
On July 22, 1994 the ride open at MGM Studios inspired by the "Little Girl Lost" episode of the Twilight Zone.
Here's a unusual piece of Terror history for you.
Mel Brooks was involved in the early development. The ride started out as a young Frankenstein castle ride in it's conceptual stage.
Personally I love the Twilight Zone theme instead. Good move, Imagineers!
